Reinforced EcoLogs™ or EcoSleeves are cylindrical biodegradable sleeves manufactured from BioMac™, bound together with twine and reinforced with galvanised or PVC coated wire mesh. Reinforced EcoLogs™ are used to reduce sheet erosion and create a microclimate for vegetation establishment.

All mild steel wire is heavily zinc coated. When used in more severe environments, a 0,5 mm nominal thick PVC coating is extruded over the galvanised wire to provide added protection.

Reinforced EcoLogs™ are manufactured in hexagonal woven wire Mesh Type 80. For some lighter applications, EcoLogs may be supplied without the mesh reinforcement.
